The old grain store, stables, cart house and loft have been converted into a beautiful four-bedroom space - the Big Barn. There's a living/dining space with wood-burning stove, a kitchen, family room, and plenty of space outside to really stretch out or relax in the hot tub. We're close to market towns Melton Mowbray and Oakham, but far enough away for complete peace and quiet! Our local pub - The Royal Oak - is superb, there is a farm shop and cafe just up the road and a fantastic 'Club House' bar, just a 20 minute walk away.

The Big Barn is completely unique. Many of the building's original features remain, alongside home comforts. All four bedrooms are cosy and warm. You sleep on Emma mattresses, the en-suites have big showers and all bedrooms come with TVs and bluetooth radios. If you need a travel cot or 'fold-away bed, just ask. Plus there is a small sofa bed in the largest bedroom. The maximum number of adult guests allowed is 8, but there is the option of a couple more smaller people if you have them!

One thing to note is that the staircase is spiral. There is another staircase on the outside of the building (fire escape) if you'd rather.
